Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent telephone and speaking skills.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple electronic documentation and scheduling applications.
• Superior, professional communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• High ability to collaborate with coworkers both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and Outbound calls, approximately 75% of the day.
• Manage, triage, and expedite phone and email communication.
• Use online scheduling programs and databases.
• Manage multiple schedules and timelines simultaneously.
• Provide accurate data entry using online platforms and systems.
• Provide accurate and timely customer support.
• Other duties as assigned.
