Briotix Health in Centennial, CO is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to provide scheduling options for US and Canadian clients in a hybrid role. The position requires attention to detail and excellent customer service to support clients and Briotix Health stakeholders.

This role is hybrid with a minimum on-site presence two days per week, Tuesday and Thursday, at our Centennial, CO headquarters. The team focuses on collaborative, patient-focused scheduling and organizational support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent telephone and speaking skills.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple scheduling applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and other Office products.

Responsibilities

• Inbound and outbound calls, about 75% of the day.
• Manage, triage, and expedite phone and email communication.
• Use online scheduling programs and databases.
• Manage multiple schedules and timelines simultaneously.
• Provide accurate data entry and timely customer support.
• Other duties as assigned.
