Job summary

Children's National Hospital is seeking a Salesforce System Integration Analyst to architect, develop, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and external systems. You will work across clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure data integrity and efficient workflows, leveraging MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs, and Salesforce platforms.

The role requires strong Salesforce development skills, middleware experience, and knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR/HL7) with HIPAA

Qualifications

3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
3+ years of MuleSoft or similar middleware experience.
Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
Familiarity with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Health Cloud or Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
Knowledge of healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7) and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

Architect, design, implement, and optimize Salesforce integrations with external systems.
Develop APIs between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure data integrity and performance.
Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, security, and governance standards.
Support system upgrades, deployments, and production maintenance.
