Job summary

Empower Federal Credit Union is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise technology solutions with emphasis on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, MuleSoft integrations, and APIs. You will partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, secure solutions and support production environments.

The role requires 5–7 years in enterprise app delivery, Salesforce expertise, MuleSoft/API experience, and CI/CD familiarity.

Qualifications

5 to 7 years of experience in enterprise application development, systems engineering, or platform delivery.
Strong experience with Salesforce (development and administration).
Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms and API development.
Experience supporting integrations across CRM, core systems, and data platforms in a regulated environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support enterprise applications with a focus on Salesforce and MuleSoft.
Translate business requirements into scalable data models and technical solutions.
Contribute to solution architecture decisions and ensure secure data integrations.
Perform platform administration, CI/CD, governance, and documentation.
