Job summary
Blue Star Partners LLC is looking for a Senior Salesforce IT Engineer to lead the delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions as part of a Customer Contact Management transformation initiative in Merrillville, IN. This hybrid role provides a contract-to-hire opportunity after approximately 6–7 months, with responsibilities across development, integration, and operational readiness.
The ideal candidate will have extensive Salesforce expertise, strong integration capabilities, and a deep understanding of security models and testing methodologies. A Bachelor's degree and experience with tools like Jira and MuleSoft are preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience supporting complex multi-vendor Salesforce implementations.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality tools.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery activities for the CCM workstream.
- Guide testing efforts including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing.
- Support operational readiness, knowledge transfer, and transition to support teams.
