Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Salesforce-focused Practice in Minnesota. You will partner with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, translate needs into user stories, and advise on feasible paths forward within a mature Salesforce environment.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and delivering clear specifications. Hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days onsite; salary range reflects market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst with a strong traditional BA foundation.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear user stories and detailed functional specifications.
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and professional presence with the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements to a mature, highly customized Salesforce environment
• Translate business needs into clear, well-structured user stories and detailed functional specifications
• Evaluate enhancement options and consult back to the business on tradeoffs, feasibility, and recommended paths forward
• Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and help the business prioritize what to build
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot gaps and issues in the existing implementation
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for platform enhancements
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress against key metrics and KPIs
• Support end users on new and existing functionality
• Independently drive assigned workstreams from intake through follow-through to completion
