Job summary

IntePros is seeking a Sr IT Business Analyst to lead Salesforce initiatives across the NM Commercial portfolio. Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise applications and transformation programs.
• 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud.
• Strong requirements management and Agile delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis strategy, requirements management, business process transformation, and solution definition for strategic Salesforce initiatives.
• Drive current-state and future-state process analysis, business capability mapping, and operating model harmonization across client and acquired businesses.
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements.
• Partner with business and IT teams to standardize and harmonize processes across organizations.
• Support Salesforce CRM consolidation, integrations, data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, stakeholder alignment, and decision-making sessions.
• Drive UAT, solution validation, deployment readiness, and business adoption activities.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change impacts across multiple workstreams.
• Champion Agile and business analysis best practices.
