Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Salesforce-focused Practice in Minnesota. You will partner with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, translate needs into user stories, and advise on feasible paths forward within a mature Salesforce environment.

The role emphasizes requirements analysis, stakeholder facilitation, and delivering clear specifications. Hybrid work arrangement with 1-2 days onsite; salary range reflects market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements for enhancements to a mature, highly customized Salesforce environment
• Translate business needs into clear, well-structured user stories and detailed functional specifications
• Evaluate enhancement options and consult back to the business on tradeoffs, feasibility, and recommended paths forward
• Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams and help the business prioritize what to build
• Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot gaps and issues in the existing implementation
• Participate in testing and quality assurance for platform enhancements
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track progress against key metrics and KPIs
• Support end users on new and existing functionality
• Independently drive assigned workstreams from intake through follow-through to completion

Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hybrid 1-2 days onsite
Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Business Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

• Self-starter who works independently, figures things out with minimal direction, and reliably follows through on assigned work
• Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform sufficient to consult on enhancement options and understand configuration implications (this person advises on solutions but does not build them)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
• Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce (conceptual understanding to inform consulting, not hands-on development)
• Industry experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or advisor recruiting
• Experience modernizing legacy or heavily customized platforms

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
