Job summary

24 Hour Home Care, a provider of home care services, is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business needs into clear Salesforce-based requirements, reports, and AI-enabled solutions. You will work at the intersection of business transformation, data, and process improvement in a hybrid role, coming into the El Segundo office 3x per week.

Strong analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
2–3 years of experience in business systems, data and reporting, implementation, or business analysis.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, including navigation, reports/dashboards, and translating needs into configuration.
Experience using data to inform solution design and business decisions.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce Flow, integrations, analytics, or AI capabilities; Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements for systems, reporting, workflows, and process improvements.
Analyze data and build reports and dashboards in Salesforce and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.
Execute implementation activities, including business requirements, testing, adoption support, and post-launch optimization, coordinating with IT.
Identify opportunities to improve or automate manual processes and apply AI and automation within initiatives.
Measure solution adoption and outcomes, gather stakeholder feedback, and recommend improvements.
