Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or communications.
• Experience with CPA firms and/or B2B sales is preferred.
• Experience in sales and/or customer service and with tax incentives is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team with proposals, engagement letters, and CRM management.
• Collect data from clients or account directors to prepare proposals in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate delivery of proposals and letters.
• Maintain Salesforce accounts, opportunities, and tasks to track client interest.
• Assist with sales pipeline management and client communications.
