The Proposal Operations Specialist coordinates day‑to‑day execution for a centralized Sales Marketing team, handling intake, prioritization, assignment, and content organization to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.

This role requires strong organizational discipline, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in project coordination or operations.
• Experience supporting marketing, proposals, sales operations, or professional services teams is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent requests with competing deadlines in a workflow‑driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate intake and prioritization of requests for RFxs and marketing collateral.
• Track requests from intake through completion with clear status visibility.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reporting for delivery oversight.
• Balance short‑term and long‑range requests to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with the Sales Marketing team to sequence work based on client needs and revenue.
