Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in inside sales support, executive assistance, sales administration, or contract coordination.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combined experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands‑on experience with CRM systems and QuickBooks.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication for high‑stakes client and agency correspondence.
• High level of accuracy in contract oversight, quote preparation, and tracking multi‑part specifications.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and prepare daily action summaries, tracking reports, and executive updates.
• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, client demonstrations, and high‑level corporate travel.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding corporate data and executive correspondence.
• Field, pre-screen, and route incoming sales leads and inquiries; draft quotes and proposals.
• Process sales orders and equipment requests; maintain client relationships via phone and email.
• Collaborate with accounting to support order‑to‑cash workflows and invoicing.
