Job summary

Shankman & Associates seeks a Sales Support / Business Manager Assistant to help Business Managers in the selling process, using Sales Information Systems and providing administrative support.

You will assist with timelines, forecasts, presentations, materials, and post-appointment follow-up, interfacing with customer systems and ensuring accuracy across reports and pricing in a hybrid environment in Kentwood, MI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–5 years of customer service or sales administrative support preferred.
• General computer knowledge and skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate timelines for Kroger Team Processes.
• Assist with calculating and submitting sales forecasts and trackers.
• Pre-Appointment Preparation.
• Sales Presentation Preparation.
• Compile Sales Materials.
• Post-Appointment Follow Up.
• Complete Customer Forms accurately.
• Post Reports, Promotions and Pricing on SharePoint.
• Work with Customers to resolve order or pricing issues.
• Interface with Customer's systems.
• All Other Sales Support Functions, as needed.
