Job summary

Shankman & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support professional to assist Business Managers in the selling process, using Sales Information Systems and providing essential administrative support.

You will manage timelines for Kroger team processes, prepare sales forecasts and trackers, and handle post-appointment follow-up, forms, and SharePoint updates. Strong MS Office skills and a customer-service mindset are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2–5 years of customer service or sales administrative support preferred.
• General computer knowledge and skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and communicate timelines for Kroger Team Processes.
• Assist with calculating and submitting sales forecasts & trackers.
• Pre-Appointment Preparation and Sales Presentation Preparation.
• Compile Sales Materials and Post-Appointment Follow Up.
• Complete Customer Forms accurately and post reports, promotions and pricing on SharePoint.
• Interface with Customer's systems and resolve order or pricing issues.
• All other sales support functions as needed.
