Job summary

ZEISS Group in Dublin, CA is seeking a Sales Success Specialist to act as the primary contact for customer care and inquiries for ZEISS Meditec Consumables. You will prepare and enter sales orders into ERP/CRM and drive transactions to completion.

This role requires 3+ years in order administration or sales support, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and ERP/CRM systems. It offers cross‑functional collaboration, a hybrid schedule, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of order administration, sales support and customer service experience.
• International order experience is highly desirable.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
• Bi-lingual is a plus (English/Mandarin/German/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Process and enter sales orders into ERP/CRM to completion.
• Provide cross-functional communication and customer service within tight response times.
• Review configurations and build orders from inventory to order completion.
• Forecast, manage backlog, and release orders to revenue.
• Provide order status and shipment updates to customers and regional contacts.
• Collaborate across departments to prioritize orders and meet deadlines.
