Job summary

You will work with field sales and service to expand new business, renewals, and product features with a strong emphasis on ROI-based selling.

You will maintain CRM records, forecast territory, and coordinate pricing negotiations while delivering professional presentations and cross-functional collaboration to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of inside/outside sales experience, preferably in medical capital equipment.
• Ability to initiate and manage outbound/inbound sales calls.
• Ability to engage in consultative selling focusing on ROI.
• Excellent communication and professional telephone skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time management and teamwork.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Access, and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Contact purchasing points with cost benefits and ROI information; close sales to meet targets.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with purchasers.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication for proposals.
• Collaborate with field sales and service to drive service business and renewals.
• Forecast business for defined territory and maintain CRM records.
• Provide updates to field staff on opportunities and concerns.
