Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related field with at least 2 years experience or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in business development or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software, such as Salesforce and ProWorkflow.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- A track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Promote and sell rental products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns and resolve complaints.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts.
- Create and manage rental contracts and collect payments.
- Process rental reservations and payments and generate reports.
