Xylem is hiring a Sales Representative to support our legacy Godwin Dewatering brand within the Service Solutions division. The role promotes water industry products and services, identifies potential customers, conducts sales presentations, and negotiates contracts in the mining sector.

You will work cross-functionally to address customer needs and drive growth. Responsibilities include prospecting, building relationships, negotiating terms, meeting targets, and staying current with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data.
• Proficiency in sales tools and software (SalesForce, CRM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis techniques.
