Xylem is seeking a Rental Sales Representative to lead Godwin rental pump sales across municipal, industrial, and emergency response markets. You will develop territory plans, build strong customer relationships, and drive rental revenue with a focus on timely delivery and quality service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience or equivalent exposure to core business principles.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, municipalities, and industrial accounts.
• Promote and sell Godwin rental pump systems, bypass setups, and pumping solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in dewatering and temporary pumping systems.
• Meet and exceed rental revenue, margin, and activity targets.
• Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
