Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 water technology company, is hiring a Rental Sales Representative to drive rental growth for Godwin pumps and dewatering solutions in the Sacramento area. Build and execute sales plans to expand the customer base across municipal, industrial, construction and emergency response markets.

You will manage relationships, handle contracts and coordinate with operations to ensure a responsive, high-quality rental service that meets customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field with at least 2 years experience.
• Experience in business development or analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in CRM and business management software (Salesforce, ProWorkflow).
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Track record of identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell rental products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
