Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Create, enter, and maintain customer quotations in company systems.
• Track all quotations from initial request through final disposition.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, quote revisions, and status updates.
• Monitor quote validity dates and follow up with sales representatives.
• Update and maintain customer and opportunity data within Salesforce.
• Generate reports on quote activity, pipeline status, and sales metrics.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer correspondence.
• Ensure compliance with sales documentation policies and procedures.
• Support improvement initiatives related to quote management and processes.
