Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote our American-made products, and drive revenue in a hybrid role. You will cultivate relationships, prospect new business, and plan weekly activity to grow market share.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, work with the team to hit sales quotas, and maintain accurate activity records in our systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within territory and attend customer meetings as needed.
• BYOD device usage in compliance with company policy.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management: cultivate strong customer relationships in designated territory.
• Cold calling and prospecting to grow the book of business in the territory.
• Plan weekly activities to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to potential customers and communicate value.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales quotas through established programs and training.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
