Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative to engage existing and prospective customers, promote our maintenance, repair and operations products, and drive revenue with an uncapped commission structure. This hybrid role covers a defined geography and offers first-year earnings guidance.

You will build relationships, perform cold calls, plan weekly routes, gain product knowledge, and strive to hit sales targets while accurately reporting activities in our systems.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel within the territory to meet customers and attend meetings.
• BYOD policy compliance required.
• Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibits.

Responsibilities

• Relationship management with customers in the designated territory.
• Cold calling to grow a book of business.
• Plan weekly routes to prioritize territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and emphasize American‑made offerings.
