Job summary

Kimball Midwest is seeking a Sales Representative (Hybrid) to engage with existing and prospective customers, promote products, and drive revenue in a designated territory. The role supports a hybrid field structure with opportunities for uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage relationships, prospect, plan weekly priorities, demonstrate products, and report on sales activity.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to customer locations within the assigned geographic area.
• Use of personal electronic device in BYOD-compliant manner.
• Willingness to sign Employment Agreement and/or revised Exhibit(s).

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with customers in the territory to identify needs and opportunities.
• Prospect new customers and grow a book of business.
• Plan weekly routes and priorities to drive territory growth.
• Demonstrate products and communicate value of American-made offerings.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas using the company’s sales programs.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in the company systems.
