Job summary

BD is seeking a detail‑oriented onboarding and credentialing specialist to support U.S. Sales Operations. The role coordinates readiness for new hires, transfers, and terminations, tracks milestones, and escalates issues to ensure timely access and field productivity.

You’ll partner with IT, HR, Sales Training, and Contracts to resolve data, access, and readiness gaps, enabling smooth onboarding and consistent service delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in corporate program administration/operations support.
• Experience with onboarding, vendor credentialing, or field operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and timely resolution capabilities.
• Comfort with technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and related systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Willingness for overtime and additional projects.
• Ability to handle confidential materials ethically and discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate readiness activities for onboarding, transfers, and terminations.
• Track milestones, identify gaps, and escalate issues promptly.
• Monitor access, equipment, training, and system readiness requirements.
• Coordinate New Hire Orientation and verify key access and readiness items.
• Bridge IT, HR, Sales Training, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Maintain SOPs, job aids, and documentation for consistent execution.
• Provide cross-coverage across Sales Operations support; travel as needed.
