Job summary

FCX Performance is seeking a Branch Manager in Portage, IN, to oversee sales with P&L responsibility and lead both Inside and Outside Sales teams. The role involves field-driven customer development across diverse sectors, driving profitability while coaching a team of Account Managers and staff in a hands-on, results-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven B2B outside industrial sales experience.
• Leadership experience in sales management preferred.
• Strong written & verbal communication & English grammar skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new processes and systems.
• Problem solving, multi-tasking, sense of urgency, sense of humor.
• Solid computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Bearings and/or power transmission sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team; champion leadership competencies.
• Lead training for sales expertise and product knowledge; ensure high customer relations and satisfaction.
• Develop, manage and implement service center sales activities, territory management, and margin-focused sales goals.
• Identify and evaluate new customers, market conditions, opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Recommend and implement actions to maximize sales, increase margins and expand market share.
• Manage personal assigned accounts as required.
• Lead by example to create a positive, dynamic, and fun work environment.
