You will develop and qualify new leads, perform cold-calling, and research prospects, while maintaining Salesforce records and supporting cross-functional sales efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in phone-based lead generation, inside sales and/or business development.
• Ability to prospect and qualify potential customers effectively virtually (email and phone).
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office is strongly desired.
• High level of curiosity with strong Internet Research Skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle diverse workload.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify new leads from marketing campaigns and supplier leads via phone, email, and internet.
• Cold-calling and email prospecting within a base of former customers or lists from marketing efforts.
• Research and scrub leads to identify existing customers and route accordingly; identify multiple prospect contacts.
• Promote and support team tools; utilize research tools and log interactions in Salesforce/Tableau/SAP.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records detailing customer needs, opportunities, and next steps.
