Job summary

PITT OHIO Express LLC, based in Pittsburgh, is seeking a Sales Development Associate to support Enterprise Sales and build strong customer relationships. This full-time, hybrid role offers opportunities to contribute to growth and long-term account management.

You will liaise with carrier partners, prepare reports for quarterly reviews, and help expand customer share of spend across transportation and supply chain segments. Prior B2B sales experience and CRM proficiency are important.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Experience with B2B selling in transportation preferred.
• Fluent English for internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation and time management skills.
• Willingness to develop into Field Enterprise Solutions Representative.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between PITT OHIO, carrier partners, and internal teams.
• Support Enterprise Sales by handling day-to-day sales and customer tasks.
• Build and maintain relationships to support sales and customers.
• Prepare customer-facing reports and presentations for quarterly business reviews.
• Make goodwill decisions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with other sales tasks.
