Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. seeks a Sales Development Manager in Pittsburgh to contact prospective customers and sell JB Hunt solutions for enterprise accounts across designated transportation modes.

You will define opportunities, onboard new clients, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing account health through maturity, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-3 years of Sales, Account Management, or relevant experience, with at least 1 year North American Truckload experience.
• Willingness to travel to local customer sites with occasional overnight travel.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Utilize data insights and sales enablement tools to conduct lead generation activities and convert new business; align strategy with leadership.
• Meet with prospective customers to discuss opportunities, understand needs, and win the business.
• Develop account strategy for maintenance and growth with internal handoff after transition.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to implement solutions and participate in kickoff.
• Set expectations during implementation and monitor health of the account, including KPI reviews and contract adherence.
