Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years Sales Support experience.
• Experience in b2b selling and coordinating with internal teams.
• Fluent English communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between PITT OHIO, carrier partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Support Enterprise Sales by handling day-to-day sales and customer-related tasks.
• Build relationships with internal teams to support sales and customers.
• Prepare customer-facing reports, updates, and presentations for quarterly reviews.
• Make goodwill decisions to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
