Job summary

Sir Speedy Pittsburgh is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused professional for a hybrid Sales & Customer Service Support role. You will assist with day-to-day order management and coordinate project timelines for key accounts, while also handling front-desk inquiries and walk-in traffic.

Under the Sales Leader, you will engage with sales, customer service, and operations to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or account coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Sales Leader in managing key customer accounts.
• Coordinate quotes, proposals, and order details for core customers.
• Track project timelines, job status, and delivery milestones.
• Greet and assist walk-in customers; manage phone and email inquiries.
• Maintain records in Salesforce CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to ensure smooth execution.
