The role focuses on processing orders, managing homeowner files, and coordinating with project managers to ensure timely order fulfillment. This position emphasizes attention to detail, time management, and teamwork, with a post-training hybrid schedule of two remote days and three in-office days in Murrysville.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Solid data entry skills and accuracy.
• Strong communication and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Order units based on specifications from Install Project Manager.
• Maintain homeowners’ job files and documentation.
• Process HOA requests promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate with sales reps and project managers to release holds.
• Review contracts and addendums for accuracy.
• Support operational and administrative tasks in a fast-paced setting.
