Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Release Train Engineer to lead SAFe/Agile delivery of software products and ensure alignment with business strategy. You will drive Agile practices across the ART and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize value and speed.

As part of a global leader, you will foster continuous learning, coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters, and ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes while navigating a dynamic technology landscape.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering and management roles, with at least 3+ years as Release Train Engineer or SAFe lead.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP) and SAFe.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with SDLC, cloud, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Agile leader and coach for SAFe teams, driving practices across the ART.
• Support PI planning sessions, sprint demos, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Establish and track KPIs for the ART and report progress to leadership.
• Oversee program-level execution and provide visibility into progress, risks, and roadblocks.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and stakeholders to align goals.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
