Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in software engineering and management.
• At least 3+ years as a Release Train Engineer or SAFe/Agile role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams and coach SAFe practices across the ART.
• Facilitate PI planning, demos, retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums.
• Establish KPIs for the ART and report progress to leadership.
• Oversee program-level execution and forecast delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
