Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to drive the execution and transformation of the program using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. You will act as a servant leader for the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating PI Planning and coordinating cross-team dependencies to deliver on commitments.

You will mentor agile teams, engage with executives, and leverage Jira/Confluence to enhance Lean-Agile practices, while aligning with mission goals and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an RTE, scrum master or lead coach
• 5+ years of enterprise transformation frameworks using SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Experience with requirements management tools, including JIRA
• Ability to lead discussions with executives, system architects, product managers, and team leads
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of IT project experience

Responsibilities
