Job summary

Restaurant365, a SaaS company modernizing restaurant accounting and back-office operations, seeks a Project Manager to drive customer onboarding projects—mainly mid-market and select enterprise. You will oversee full lifecycle, collaborate with Implementation Specialists, Solutions Architects, and cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery with high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in SaaS, consulting, or professional services environments.
• Proven success leading customer-facing projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery, scope adherence, and high customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to structure complex projects and hit milestones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to lead kickoff meetings and clearly communicate progress, risks, and next steps to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with project management methodologies and tools (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid; Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) to manage, track, and report on project health.
• Proven risk management and problem-solving skills to identify issues early and drive resolution while protecting timelines and outcomes.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment and a seamless onboarding journey.
• Strong documentation and process discipline for accurate records of scope, decisions, and milestones for internal and customer reference.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of contributing to delivery playbooks and refining methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate resources to achieve project milestones.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings and establish clear communication with customers and internal teams.
• Track and report on progress using project management tools, escalating issues when necessary.
• Identify risks early and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve blockers before they impact timelines or customer experience.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation for internal visibility and customer reference.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Implementation, Architecture, Product, and Support to ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
• Contribute to delivery process improvements by sharing feedback and participating in playbook refinement initiatives.
