OLE Health is seeking a Triage Supervisor, RN to lead a high-quality triage program and provide direct nursing care. The role blends patient care with leadership to standardize triage services across Napa, Solano, and Yolo counties.

You will oversee staffing, training, and protocol development, ensuring evidence-based care and strong patient experience while partnering with clinical leadership. Hybrid work model with onsite presence as needed.

Qualifications

• Accredited RN program or higher required.
• Current unencumbered California Registered Nurse license required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Previous RN triage experience preferred.
• Managerial experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work with diverse populations.
• Strong computer and data entry skills; EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage services via telephone, electronic, and in-person visits using evidence-based protocols.
• Serve as clinical resource for triage staff, providers, and care teams.
• Coordinate patient care and support continuity across the organization.
• Deliver patient education and health coaching related to treatment plans and chronic disease management.
• Ensure compliant documentation in the electronic health record.
• Oversee daily triage operations including staffing and workflow management.
• Develop and maintain standardized triage protocols and guidelines.
• Lead training and competency programs for triage staff.
• Drive expansion of triage services across counties to improve access.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
