Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• BSN preferred for the role.
• Minimum 5 years of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision and development of remote RNs and LPNs.
• Conduct interviews and staffing decisions per hiring procedures.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, quality, productivity, and compliance.
• Provide coaching, evaluations, and performance improvement actions.
• Lead client meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure HIPAA, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
