Job summary

Enlyte in Greenville, SC seeks a Field Case Manager (RN) to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers and patients. This full-time hybrid role requires travel to in-person appointments within the assigned geography.

You will manage caseloads independently, advocate for cost-effective care, and leverage Excel/Word/Outlook to document progress. A valid RN license and 2+ years clinical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred, workers’ compensation experience a plus.
• Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients.
• Advise on injury types, medications, and job duties to support early return to work.
• Attend in-person appointments and manage caseloads with prioritization.
• Prepare status updates for customers and coordinate with stakeholders.
