Job summary

Hyperice is seeking an organized Operations Analyst – Reverse Logistics to support and manage reverse logistics operations across the United States and Canada. The role is hybrid and based in Irvine, CA, requiring on-site presence at the 3PL facility several times per week.

You will work closely with 3PL partners, suppliers, accounting, and internal teams to ensure returns are processed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in reverse logistics and returns operations across large regions.
• Ability to coordinate with 3PL partners and suppliers.
• Experience documenting and maintaining SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of reverse logistics and product returns across the US and Canada.
• Coordinate with 3PL partners to ensure returns are received, processed, inspected, and dispositioned.
• Visit the 3PL facility multiple times per month to review operations and resolve issues.
• Develop, document, implement, and maintain SOPs for reverse logistics activities.
• Monitor return workflows and identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain tracking of open returns, actions, escalations, and follow-ups.
• Work with ERP data to investigate discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
