Job summary

Riverstone Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor, Returns to lead the daily returns operations, including end-of-day intake, reschedules, dispositioning, and restaging, ensuring accuracy and client standards. This role works on-site with our network of carriers and warehouses across North America.

You will document each returns transaction, support audits, and partner with outbound and warehouse leadership to reduce return rates through process improvements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and frontline team supervision experience.
• Strong understanding of reverse logistics and returns processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client portal systems.
• Clear verbal and written communication with clients and carriers.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily returns operations — end-of-day intake, check-in of reschedules, dispositioning, and restaging.
• Manage returns documentation and entry in client portal for inventory accuracy.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with RLX and client requirements.
• Identify root causes of returns and drive process improvements with outbound and warehouse teams.
• Provide on-site principal point of contact for client escalations on returns or damaged product.
