You will ensure accurate deposits and pledges while maintaining proper coding and documentation, collaborating with Accounting and Development teams. The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, with at least two years in an office setting and comfort with basic financial software.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years of office/administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process daily deposits (ACH, lockbox, checks, cash) with accurate coding.
• Manage check deposit workflows and documentation retention.
• Transmit payment files via online banking with accuracy and internal controls.
