United Way Miami, Inc. is hiring a Coordinator, Revenue Operations to support daily financial operations, donor processing, and expense management across multiple departments. Ensures accurate processing of deposits, pledges, and payments with proper coding and documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in an office or administrative setting.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel and Outlook; beginner in Andar and Financial Edge.
• Must be highly organized with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on meeting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Process daily ACH, lockbox, checks, and cash deposits with accurate coding.
• Manage check deposit workflows and documentation retention.
• Transmit payment files via online banking platforms.
• Record and reconcile cash transactions for daily operations.
• Process credit card transactions from corporate partners.
• Maintain and reconcile donor pledge data using integrated systems.
• Generate monthly billing statements.
• Support donor and events-related reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist donor collections outreach with accounting and fundraising teams.
• Support Donor Advised Fund processing with contributor services.
