Job summary

SSM Health is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst for a remote role in the United States. You will analyze AR, denial, and claims data, develop dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to HB and PB operations.

You’ll partner with leaders to prioritize opportunities, resolve payer issues, and improve financial outcomes. Three years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

• Three years’ experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with decision makers to identify and solve business problems; interprets data, identifies trends, and creates data visualizations.
• Develops analytic/reporting specifications through project teams.
• Utilizes databases and query tools to gather data; ensures requirements meet reporting specifications.
• Ensures data integrity and provides insights into daily and overall operations.
• Works with technical/build teams to establish dashboards and reporting within applications.
• Develops and maintains dashboards with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for regions and ministries.
• Partners with customers and cross-functional teams to discover needs and offer solutions.
• Assists with evaluation and development of reporting tools to analyze performance indicators.
• Supports operational reporting needs and process improvement initiatives with data insights.
