Proliance Surgeons in Seattle seeks a Revenue Cycle Financial & BI Analyst to join the Analytics Dept. This hybrid role combines financial analysis, performance optimization, BI development, and workflow automation to improve revenue cycle results.

The position partners with the VP of Revenue Cycle, writes SQL, builds Qlik dashboards, and supports automation via Power Automate, SharePoint, and Lists. Strong collaboration and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, finance, analytics or related field.
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare finance.
• Intermediate SQL proficiency with multi-table joins and aggregations.
• Experience building BI apps; Qlik knowledge strongly preferred.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Lists.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reporting in Qlik; maintain BI assets.
• Automate workflows and improve reporting intake using Power Automate.
• Provide training and collaborate with Analytics, Finance, IT, and leadership.
• Ensure reporting accuracy and alignment with enterprise metrics.
