Job summary

The Ohio State University College of Dentistry seeks a Patient Revenue Cycle Coordinator to join the Revenue Cycle Services team. This temporary, part-time role (20 hours/week, hybrid) focuses on back-end revenue cycle tasks including review of charges, billing, follow-up, denials, claims, cash reconciliation, and payer interactions.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience; desired are 4–6 years and familiarity with EHR software, strong

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in dental/medical office billing, front desk operations or similar.
• Knowledge of electronic health record (EHR) software is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Back-end Revenue Cycle activities: charge review, billing, follow-up, denial management, claims and cash reconciliation.
• May back up staff for front-end Revenue Cycle activities.
