Ohio State University is seeking a Revenue Cycle Services Coordinator for the College of Dentistry Dental Faculty Practice. You will handle scheduling, front-desk calls, patient triage, and coordination of checkout activities for a busy daily volume, contributing to accurate records and care coordination.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience; dental setting experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HD diploma or GED required; 2 years relevant experience preferred
• Experience in a dental setting is desirable
• Strong customer service and communication skills necessary
• Ability to triage and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Capacity to lift 25 pounds and perform general office duties

Responsabilités

• Schedule appointments for patients
• Answer incoming calls from patients and doctors
• Triage emergency calls and print schedules
• Reschedule and cancel appointments to keep schedules full
• Coordinate interpreter services as needed
• Process checkouts for 100+ patients daily
• Distribute and track parking passes and coordinate care
• Process records requests and share information with care team
