Located in Postle Hall, the position is 40 hours/week with a 9:00 am–8:00 pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or communications experience.
• Experience analyzing and interpreting information and using computers/related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Manage revenue cycle functions including check-in/check-out, scheduling follow-ups, insurance billing and cashiering.
• Support evening clinic operations and patient financial services with accuracy and professionalism.
