Job summary

Case Western Reserve University is seeking a retirement benefits program lead to administer Plans A, B, and C and the retiree health program. The role combines independent advisory work with data-driven analytics to support HR leadership in retirement strategy.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of progressive experience in benefits administration with retirement focus.
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Finance, or related.
Experience with retirement plans (defined benefit and/or defined contribution) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Serve as the retirement benefit advisor for faculty and staff; administer plans A, B, and C and related retiree health program.
Monitor and communicate regulatory changes; assist with PBGC reporting and Form 5500 preparation.
Leverage data analytics and AI to build predictive reports and dashboards for plan participation and communications.
Design and deliver retirement education programs and onboarding for new hires.
