Responsibilities

• Serve as the retirement benefits advisor for faculty and staff; guide through plan provisions.
• Administer Plans A, B, and C and oversee enrollments and death claims.
• Monitor regulatory changes and support audits and annual reporting requirements.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics to build predictive reports and dashboards for plan participation.
• Design and deliver retirement education programs and onboarding for new hires.
